Thank you for your interest in Birch Hill Brittanys. We have been breeding and raising Brittanys since 1973 and feel that our dogs compare to the best in the country. We have spent considerable, time, effort, and expense filling our kennel with breeding stock that have bloodlines to produce top quality Brittanys with a lot of natural abilities.
The main objective of our breeding program is to produce a quality bird dog that the average hunter, with a minimum amount of experince, can train themselves to their individual hunting needs.
Our breeding stock consists of trainable dogs that are capable of hunting, finding, pointing, and retrieving all species of game birds. Our bloodlines emphasize natural pointing instincts, retrieving, stamina, desire, intelligence, confirmation, and disposition. We hve been extremely successful in producing Brittanys that can adapt to their environments, whether it be a kennel dog or combination house dog and hunting companion.
Our puppies receive all necessary innoculations and are wormed at regular intervals. We are concerned about hip dysplasia and our breeding stock has been x-rayed for OFA certification. We guarantee our pups to be physically sound, and will replace them free of charge, if a problem arises.
Puppies are usually available throughout the year and started or trained dogs are offered for sale as they are available.
